By engaging our services, submitting inquiries, or entering into agreements with us, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and any signed contracts.
1. Scope of Services
Total Talent Booking, Inc. provides professional services including but not limited to:

All services are governed by written agreements where applicable.
2. Professional Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment. Customers agree to:

Communicate respectfully with our staff and represented talent

Provide accurate and truthful information

Honor contractual commitments

Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for unprofessional or unlawful conduct.
3. Booking Clients – Responsibilities
Clients seeking to book talent agree to:

Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, expectations)

Execute required booking agreements

Pay deposits and fees in accordance with contractual terms

Maintain a safe and secure event environment

Comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations
Failure to meet these obligations may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposits.
4. Talent Customers – Responsibilities
Talent represented by or working with the Company agree to:

Provide accurate professional materials (headshots, resumes, reels)

Maintain professionalism at all engagements

Fulfill contractual performance obligations

Notify the Company promptly of scheduling conflicts or emergencies

Comply with exclusivity or representation terms if applicable
Violation of representation agreements may result in termination of representation.
5. Payments & Fees
All fees, commissions, retainers, or service charges are governed by signed agreements.
Customers agree to:

Make timely payments

Provide accurate billing information
-
Resolve billing disputes in good faith
Late payments may result in additional fees, suspension of services, or legal action if necessary.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation policies are governed by signed booking or representation agreements.
In general:

Deposits may be non-refundable

Last-minute cancellations may result in full payment being due

Changes to booking details must be submitted in writing

Customers may not reproduce or distribute proprietary materials without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Talent Booking, Inc. is not liable for:

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

Customers agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal action.
If necessary, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law specified in the applicable agreement or, if none is specified, the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Refusal or Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a customer:

Engages in unlawful or unethical behavior

Fails to make required payments
Termination does not relieve customers of outstanding financial obligations.
