Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 10-14-2019
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to services provided by Total Talent Booking, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). As a talent management and booking company, we provide professional services rather than physical goods. Accordingly, this Policy governs cancellations, deposits, service fees, and refunds.
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Returns on Services
Because our business provides professional representation, booking coordination, and talent management services, we do not offer “returns” in the traditional retail sense.
Once services have been performed, they are considered delivered and non-returnable.
2. Deposits for Bookings
For client bookings:
-
Deposits are typically required to secure talent for an event or production.
-
Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the terms outlined in the signed booking agreement.
-
Deposit amounts and refund eligibility will be clearly stated in your contract.
Failure to remit required deposits may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellations by Clients
If a client cancels a confirmed booking:
-
Cancellation terms will be governed by the signed agreement.
-
Deposits may be forfeited.
-
Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on timing.
-
If cancellation occurs close to the event date, the full booking fee may be due.
Each booking agreement supersedes this general policy.
4. Cancellations by Talent
If represented talent must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances:
-
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement if requested.
-
Refunds or credits will be determined based on the specific contract terms.
-
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from cancellations beyond our control.
5. Management & Representation Fees
For talent representation services:
-
Commissions are earned upon successful booking or contract execution as outlined in the representation agreement.
-
Earned commissions are non-refundable.
-
Retainer fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Event Postponements
If an event is postponed rather than canceled:
-
Payments may be transferred to the rescheduled date, subject to talent availability.
-
Additional fees may apply if new dates require renegotiation.
All postponements must be documented in writing.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
-
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
-
Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
-
Administrative or transaction fees may be deducted where permitted by contract.
8. Force Majeure
Total Talent Booking, Inc. is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
-
Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Acts of God
-
Labor disputes
-
Venue closures
-
Travel disruptions
Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined according to the governing agreement.
9. Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the charge. We will review the matter promptly and work in good faith toward resolution.
10. Governing Agreements
In the event of any conflict between this Policy and a signed booking or representation agreement, the signed agreement shall control.
