6. Contracts & Representation Agreements
All formal talent representation relationships require a signed written agreement. Website use alone does not create a management or agency relationship.
Specific terms related to commissions, exclusivity, duration, termination, and obligations will be governed by the executed contract between the Company and the talent or client.
7. Payments & Fees
All service fees, commissions, and booking payments are governed by signed agreements.

8. Sales Taxes 8.25%

All applicable taxes will be added to the total purchase price. An 8.25% tax fee will be applied to all qualifying transactions where required by law.
